Advertisement for the post of Capacity Building Assistant (CBA) at GFATM Project

Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is one of the Sub-Sub- Recipient (SSR) of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria (GFATM) Round-7 grant on the HIV/AIDS Counseling Sub Component. The programme aims at enhancing human and institutional capacities of HIV Counseling Training Institutes in India. For successful implementation of the programme, we are inviting CVs of the following position under this programme. 

Capacity Building Assistant- Position 1: Code: GFATM

Remuneration: /-(Rs.12, 000-16,000) per month, depending on the qualification and experience.

Minimum Required Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate in any of the disciplines under Social Sciences / Social Work or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating training programme.  Prior experience in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable.

Job Description:

·         Assisting and coordinating in the Project Office and the Faculty-in-charge in the institutional level capacity building initiatives

·         Providing  training &research support to the capacity building initiatives of the GFATM Project

·         Any other activity as assigned by the Faculty-in-charge in relation to the GFATM Project

·         Appointment is initially for 1 year and is subject to renewal based on the continuation of the project and performance.
