Qualifications (Essential): Candidates must possess an excellent academic record with a Ph. D. or equivalent degree in Law.
Note: Candidates who have just obtained their doctoral degree (or equivalent), and who, having submitted their doctoral thesis, are waiting for the result, may also apply for consideration for the position of Assistant Professor.
i. Assistant Professor: 1-2 years teaching experience;
ii. Associate Professor and Professor: 5-10 years teaching experience in a University or a reputed Management Institute and/or 10-15 years managerial experience in industry in the relevant stream with excellent communication skills.
iii. Proficiency in the important pieces of labour legislation, such as, Factories, Wages, Bonus, Industrial Disputes, Shops & Establishments, Contract Labour, Provident Fund, ESI / Workmen’s Compensation, Gratuity, etc.
Allowances: The posts carry Basic
and D. A. as per the 6th Pay Commission, apart from other benefits,
such as, CPF, LTA, medical insurance and other retirement benefits.
